I knew Kristina from the beginning of her training days. She’s obsessed with kettlebells and training in general. You won’t be disappointed working with her because she truly cares about your progress, and will help you reach your goals. She always takes the time to answer questions and listen. Kristina is not only a fantastic trainer, but she is also a very understanding one. Don’t be fooled though. She knows every excuse in the book. She invests a good portion of her time and energy into making sure you get a quality workout that eventually will lead to long term results. You will not be disappointed!

A caring trainer – Christina L.

I spend around 8 hours a day sitting in front of a computer. Whenever I would get up, I could feel my bones creak. I would constantly shift in my chair to find comfortable positions to no avail, and end up twisting and contorting my body for hours on end. After work, I am also an avid runner. I’ve been hearing my ankles creak whenever I would roll them. I knew I needed to do something soon, in order to continue my training along with just improve my overall posture and health.

Upon my first session with Kristina, I instantly felt at ease. I found out I could not touch my toes (something which everybody should be able to do), and within a few minutes of working with her, I could touch my toes, with no pain whatsoever. I was instantly intruigued with this new type of training. She also is very good at suggesting exercises to ease my running pain, and solved the problem with my ankles. I feel like with this type of training I run easier, faster, and lighter.

It is also very important to find a trainer who you feel comfortable with, and with her, I feel like I’ve found a friend. Her demeanor is always friendly, and what’s best is that she always is flexible in scheduling a time that works with my schedule. I look forward to being able to stretch and bend as I did as a youth, as well as improving my running times.

She has done an incredible job helping me. I have never been able to concentrate on reading a book for long. What amazed me was the way she analyzed me with an eye test and helped me improve concentration with her exercises.

Before I started working with Kristina, I had lower back pain that forced me to lay off exercising for awhile. I tried a few other trainers, but Kristina was the trainer who took the time to focus on the details of my back problem. I recommend Kristina to everyone!

I’ve had leg problems for over a year now. Everytime I walked not only did the pain increase but it also started to affect my lower back. I’ve seen many physical therapists in order to gain insight on what sort of exercises and daily routines I should do in order to decrease the pain but the relief was only temporary. I began to lose hope because nothing I did really seemed to help. It wasn’t until I came across Kristina that I started to try different techniques that I was never aware of, simple techniques that even my physical therapist wouldn’t offer me. She coped with me and offered me the help and encouragement that I would have never been able to experience with my doctors. I have been working with Kristina for a little over 6 months now and the pain in my right leg and lower back are starting to disappear.
